Intro
Work your entire body with a comprehensive workout to gain strength, posture, and mobility.
This training focuses on **posture, strength and mobility** through a comprehensive and balanced workout. Each session combines different tools and methods: bodyweight exercises, use of TRX for functional strengthening, work with elastic bands for stability, and weights such as kettlebells and dumbbells to develop power and muscular endurance.
The goal is to improve movement control, strengthen deep muscles, and optimise mobility for a stronger, more balanced body that performs better in everyday life.
