Every Thursday from 2 to 4.30 pm, young skiers can take this unusual horse-drawn ski lift up the mountain.
Three horses pull the young skiers up the mountain at a stately pace with no noise or electricity. Strokes all round for the horses at the top, and then the youngsters race joyfully back down to the valley. Travel on Graubündens's most unusual ski lift is even free of charge for visitors with the winter guest card.
