A true gourmet feast in the mountains! Rose-Marie, manager of the Ecurie de Tsalan, makes Sunday brunch an experience to remember.
Located 20 minutes’ walk from the cable car’s middle station, this culinary gem serves up tasty food for young and old alike. Rose-Marie is happy to give her guests an insight into the restaurant and lifts the lid on (almost) all the secrets of how alpine cheese is made.
Guests can then enjoy a delicious brunch made with homemade products from the Tsalan Alp.
Any visitors just dropping by while they are on the alp can sample Rose-Marie’s Walliser-Plättli (Valais platter) or buy homemade products from the alp.
Then make the descent to Anzère on foot to walk off your meal or take the cable car.
