Rougemont is an unspoilt traditional village in the valley of the Pays d’Enhaut, whose gentle landscape is home to an exceptional variety of local fl ora and fauna.

On the peak dominating the Rochers-de-Naye valley, this high-altitude botanical garden with magnificently laid-out rock gardens has a rich collection of specially-cultivated plants, in addition to its reserve containing over 600 varieties of native plant life.

Rochers-de-Naye offers a unique panoramic view of the Swiss and French Alps: from the Eiger to Mont-Blanc and down to Lake Geneva – the cog railway takes guests up to an altitude of around 2,000 meters above sea level, where various experiences and opportunities for discovery begin.

Versailles in miniature: this magnificent palace was built in 1696 by Charles de Chandieu, an officer in the French army, in the French classical style. You’ll see families of ducks enjoying themselves on the pond.

The chateau stands on the shores of Lake Geneva in the heart of Lavaux and played an important role in the history of the canton of Vaud. It is also a winery that is allowed to carry the “Saint-Saphorin” designation of origin.

Although the population has been increasing for decades, Grandvaux has remained a vintners’ village. In 1999 the event "Grandvaux - Village of Labels" was introduced.
