Once darkness has fallen and most visitors are enjoying an aperitif or sitting down to their evening meal, night-time skiers can relish an extra run down the slopes. Following a traditional cheese fondue to boost their energy levels, guests set off at 10:30 p.m. down the freshly prepared piste.
