Amid the dramatic landscape of Toggenburg, Roland Stump's guests enjoy delicacies from the region such as ibex stew marinated on the premises, a plate of thinly sliced cured meat, pear tart or “Nidelzune” cream soup. After dinner they can look forward to a gentle stroll to the romantic Schwendisee lake.
