The Palfries cable car offers a unique view of large parts of the Heidiland and beyond. The cable car runs directly above an impressive waterfall, one of the highest in Switzerland. After passengers arrive at 1,728 metres above sea level, the imposing Palfries plateau is revealed in all its glory.

Barren highland moors, flower-filled lowland fens and unspoiled moorlands are a treat for the senses! Moors stretch out as far as the eye can see. Nowhere else in Switzerland has as much national protected moorlands in one small area than Entlebuch.

After a long hike or bike tour on a hot summer’s day, what could be better than cooling off in one of the 615 mountain lakes in the canton of Graubünden?

This rope park in the trees by the Signal de Bougy offers 15 courses of increasing levels of difficulty. Five courses are also suitable for children over the age of four. There is a restaurant next to the park and a picnic spot under a yurt.
