Swiss handicrafts in Basel

During your visit you can learn all about the production process of our famous Ueli Bier and the history of our brewery, founded around 40 years ago. After your tour you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal or snack in one of our two restaurants, either in the Antoniterkeller beer cellar or in our beer garden and indulge in a glass or two of our beer made here on the premises. As one of the few museums in Europe dedicated to this art form, the paper mill preserves historical techniques at an authentic site. Participants are shown these traditional techniques and given the opportunity to have a go at making paper and printing themselves.
