Michael Flepp's lecture: from the discovery to the recovery of the giant crystals of the Péz Regina 25 years ago. Registration required.
On this evening, Michael Flepp will tell the story of how he discovered the fissure with the giant crystals 25 years ago and how they were later able to retrieve them. He will briefly describe the search for and discovery of this large fissure. For 4 years, they worked on the large fissure until, after careful planning and the use of special tools, they were finally able to bring the delicate crystals to the surface unscathed.
