Intro
Boat trip on Lake Biel with Fondue Chinoise à discrétion.
Captain Oli takes you on a fondue chinoise cruise on Lake Biel. This fondue, which the captain himself calls ‘Filet Fondue Rousseau’, is served in vegetable broth and flavoured with straw rum (as desired).
The starter consists of a Captain's salad with bacon and cheese. This is followed by the fondue, which consists of beef fillet, pork fillet, lamb fillet, turkey breast and Bärner Hackfleischchügeli. The meat, which is served as desired, is cooked in a vegetable broth and is given a very special flavour with a dash of rum. It is served with sweet and sour side dishes, Bernaise sauce & Café de Paris (warm), potatoes and vegetable gratin. A Jolie dessert rounds off the menu.
