Europcar ensures barrier-free mobility for travellers in Switzerland!

Europcar makes it possible for those with disabilities and their companions to get around quickly and conveniently. A modern fleet of VW Caddy Maxis and VW Crafters has been specially converted for the needs of disabled people and their families. The vehicles have room for a driver, four accompanying people and one person in a wheelchair (Caddy Maxi) or a driver, five accompanying people and two people in a wheelchair (Crafter). A fully non-slip, 20G crash-tested ramp gives wheelchair users safe access. Thanks to the 15G rear and 20G front crash-tested “Future Safe” head and back rest and the ISO- and DIN-tested “Protektor” wheelchair and passenger restraint system, maximum safety is guaranteed.
