Barefoot paths and Kneipp-basins in Lucerne – Lake Lucerne

The Kitzelpfad (tickle path) offers a thrill of a special kind at the mountain station of the Brunni chair lift. The barefoot path around the idyllic Härzli lake, situated at 1860 meters above sea level, is unique in these mountains.

Immediately adjacent to the nature preserve is the Kneipp garden of Gisikon. Even getting there is an experience, walking through lots of greenery along a peacefully burbling brook, listening to the birds sing and the croaking of a frog now and then. Take a short break up by the pond and look across the water, enjoy the stillness and then continue to the actual Kneipp facility.

At the Schwandalp pond, high above the village of Flühli in the beautiful landscape of Waldemmen valley in Lucerne, is the Flühli Wasser Cooperative’s natural Kneipp facility.
