Intro
It was a dream wedding, we organised everything exactly how we wanted it. We did however have a snowy and stormy wedding day, but we decided to look at it as romantic and as wintersport lovers, snow is a great thing!
My grandparents built a house in Nendaz in the 70s and it is still in our family now. Since I was little we have celebrated almost every Christmas on the slopes of Les Quatre Vallées, and I have been as many other times as I possibly could, with my family or friends. My husband and I met in Nendaz in 2013, so when he asked me to marry him, it was an easy decision to get married on top of the mountain where we fell in love. We had a dream to do it outside, but January was too cold to do it outside, so we settled on having the ceremony inside on top of Tracouet and then ski/snowboard down to have dinner at Les Etagnes, owned by friends we have known for years!
