Introducción
We need a mindset shift that supports new ways of communication and collaboration based on relationship-oriented thinking and action.
The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework was developed as a complement to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and offers a new narrative, a holistic map, and corresponding tools for sustainable leadership development. The course is based on the instructor’s experiences with various IDG-based leadership development programs and a corresponding teaching assignment at the University of Basel. Leadership, self-leadership, and sustainability in connection with the five IDG dimensions:
Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, Acting, and the associated tools and practices, with a significant emphasis on Mind & Body work.
