Introduzione
You will never have seen your team that creative before. Build a huge chain reaction machine together.
The workshop can take place wherever you like: at your company, in a seminar hotel, a production hall or even outside in good weather. We will bring along a wide variety of materials. In the course of three hours, groups of four will work together to build a section of the chain reaction. The interfaces are then discussed and built together with the two neighbouring teams. Each chain reaction has a specific task. Normally, the last group triggers a team photo of all the participants. But the chain reaction can also reveal a product or a new building, cut a ribbon at the groundbreaking ceremony, inflate a large cake at the company anniversary, and so on.
Once all the security gaps have been closed and all the interfaces are connected, the impressive chain reaction is initiated with a collective countdown.
The next day, everyone involved receives a link to the film – a lasting reminder of this great experience.
