中世からの歴史を誇るクラシックな建物をいかしながら、有名な建築家ヘルツォーク＆ド・ムーロンのデザインでリノベーションした「フォルクスハウス」のブラッスリー（レストラン）。旬の素材を使った季節のメニューや定番メニュー、厳選されたワインやカクテルをたあのしむことができます。朝食、ブランチ、ランチ、ディナーまで営業しています。
