물가에서 즐기는 자전거 여행

Through fertile, richly-yielding Piano di Magadino, lively Locarno on Lago Maggiore and the gardens of Pedemonte, to the romantic Valle Maggia. The powerful river has split, dug out and polished the light-grey gneiss.

The tour begins in the medieval Zähringer town of Murten with its historic Old Town of national importance and numerous arcades. The wall encircling the town was built between the 13th and 17th centuries and is one of the best-preserved fortifications in Switzerland.

The lovely landscape along the long ribbon of the Untersee appealed to Napoleon, the richly-decorated town of Stein am Rhein attracts thousands of visitors every year, as does Europe’s mightiest waterfall, the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen.

The deep Brienzersee, clear, quiet and sombre. The Thunersee, shallower, open and lively. In the middle, Interlaken, a trendy tourist centre, dominated by those icy icons, the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau. Picture-postcard perfect, get ready to rub your eyes!

A peaceful ride beside the small Chatzen and Büsisee lakes, on through the Furttal valley of the Limmat, the bathing spot Baden, and on to marvel at the Gothic stained glass windows in Königsfelden and yellow irises of the River Aare floodplain, followed by a leisurely ride on the Aare dam to Aarau.

The route makes a sweeping arc through a variety of landscapes in seven cantons, always accompanied by bodies of water, from the wild Gorges de l’Areuse, through the Emme’s riverside woodland to the twists and turns of the Sihl.

론 루트(Rhone Route)는 론 강을 따라 이어진 발레 지역의 매혹적이고 고요한 길로, 장엄한 산악 경관을 관통한다. 그 유명한 레만 호수의 야자수가 즐비한 산책로와 그림 같은 라보 와이너리를 지나 국제도시 제네바에서 끝이 난다.

Lac de Neuchâtel: chirping in the reeds, waves lapping at the gentle shore, the Jura shimmering in the distance. Over 100 species of birds breed in the Grande Cariçaie, the 40-km-long marsh and reed belt along the southern shores of the lake.

The lake of Pfäffikon is a recreation area for all those who love nature. The lake with its reed belt is of national significance. The highlights of this bike tour are the Roman castle, the Robenhauser moor, and the Juckerhof farm in Seegräben.

The green fairy (absinth) floats through the Val de Travers, the Areuse pushes spectacularly through a gorge, the view to the lake opens, Neuchâtel: above the thousand-year-old castle, below the lively old town and at the harbour a touch of the Mediterranean.

This moderately challenging loop takes you to the Wildhaus ski resort along a minor, little-known road and skirts magnificent Lake Walen.

레이크 루트(Lake Route)는 그림 같은 스위스를 곧장 가로지르는 여정이다. 제네바 호수에서 보덴제(Bodensee)까지, 열 곳의 크고 작은 호수를 지나며 알프스와 알프스 언덕에서 물가의 환상적인 풍경을 선사한다.

It takes a climb of almost 1200m to reach Alpe di Neggia, a hidden gem in Canton Ticino, Switzerland’s Italian-speaking canton. The view from the summit is worth the effort!

높은 곳에서 둥그런 모양의 타워가 론느(Rhone) 강가에 있는 마티니(Martigny) 마을을 수호해 주고 있는 풍경이 들어온다. 계곡 가장 좁은 지점에서 모리스 성인(St-Maurice)이 황금 같은 교회 보물을 수호해 주고 있다. 높은 산과 저지대, 레만(Léman) 호수가 갈대 뒤로 모습을 드러낸다. 물 위에는 시옹(Chillon) 성이 그 위엄을 드러낸다.

This 40-kilometer long stretch leads from Zug via Unterägeri and the Rothenturm moor to Einsiedeln.

This escapade starting in Villars-Gryon is made up largely of back roads with moderate traffic. It features a breathtaking vantage point with views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.

A rattling goods train carrying Napf gravel, evidence of backbreaking work on the land at Burgrain, the shimmer of the Sempachersee lake, the early Romanesque church at Chilchbüehl, cherry trees alternating with dairy farming, pig breeding and farm dogs.

뷘드너 헤르샤프트(Bündner Herrschaft) 지대는 그라우뷘덴(Graubünden)의 비옥한 정원으로, 와이너리가 점판암 토양 위에 세워졌다. 하이디와 피터, 그리고 하이디의 할아버지인 알푀히(Alpöhi)의 고향이기도 하다.

Always following the Aare, an interesting interplay of gabled houses, irises, cement factory, golden oriels, Synchrotron and duck paradise. Like the waters, we travel through water meadows, gullies, past reservoirs, along the Reuss, Limmat and Rhine.

Over the Lindenberg into Freiamt, sweeping alongside the train to Zug, where towering office blocks contrast with the pleasant old town, winding north with the Sihl, through the lonely Sihlwald forest, an area of wilderness at the gates of the city.

라인 루트는 알프스 산에서 발현해 바젤의 거대한 라인 항구까지 이어지는 알프스 강물을 따라 이어진다. 오랜 세월 동안 광활한 강물이 새겨놓은 다채로운 풍경을 관통하는 흥미로운 여정이다.

그림엽서처럼 아름다운 푸른 호수 루가노(Lago di Lugano)는 드림 휴양지로, 모르코테(Morcote)는 포토제닉하다. 티치노의 와인 산지로 유명한 멘드리지오또(Mendrisiotto)는 와인과 미식 문화가 잘 녹아있는 곳으로 스위스 최남단에 있다.

The River Limmat winds steadfastly westward, the monastery looks on unperturbed. The Aargau mega shopping mile is only touched at its perimeter. Always following the Limmat, you reach the spa town of Baden.

보덴제(Bodensee) 호수: 유럽의 영혼. 호수의 은빛으로 반짝이는 초록 주변 지대를 <<스와비아 바다>>라 부르는데, 고대의 문화 지형을 고스란히 간직하고 있다. 생기로운 호숫가 풍경과 대조되게, 투르가우(Thurgau)에서는 고성과 광활한 과수원이 있는 시골 풍경의 고요 한 조각을 찾아볼 수 있다.

다채로운 미텔란트 루트(Mittelland Route)를 따라 달리는 이 길은 번잡함과는 거리가 멀다. 호수와 강을 따라 넓은 평원과 평화로운 계곡, 소도시와 전원 마을, 산업지대 및 경작지를 통과한다.

You can discover the source of the Rhine twice within a radius of 270 kilometres. In between you can explore two Alpine passes, deep gorges and the frontiers of three linguistic regions.

Once again Bern’s picture-postcard panorama with the old town and distant snowy summits, then the usually peaceful Emme in riverside woodland, the staid farming region of Emmental, where Gotthelf read the riot act to farmers and justice was spoken in Trachselwald Castle.

The Glatt and the cycling path wind through the flat Zurich Unterland, unnoticed by the thriving busy residential and industrial settlements, seen only by the unavoidable airborne mass of giant silver-aluminium «birds».

아레 루트(Aare Route)는 그림젤패스(Grimselpass)의 작은 빙하 호수에서 발현한 물줄기가 라인(Rhine)과 합류하는 지점까지 이어진다. 고갯길을 따라 가파르게 이어진 내리막길을 지난 후 아레 협곡(Aareschlucht)과 미텔란트 지역으로 향하는 길의 깊은 호수를 거친다.

스위스의 독어권과 불어권이 만나는 빌(Biel) 호수에 있다.

At Ponte Brolla the force of the River Maggia has cleft the rock, gouging out and polishing the gneiss. Life was hard in the Maggia Valley, the Ticino’s longest valley. Solace was provided by the church, as testified by edifices of religion and foreign governors.

On their tour around the lake of Geneva, cyclists will be rewarded for their efforts by the stunningly beautiful landscapes. 200 km of marked trails lead through 5 regions in 2 countries: Geneva, Pays de Gex, the cantons of Vaud and Valais, as well as the Chablais Haut-Savoyard.

In Seeland, rows of vegetables in all shades of green stand in black soil, ducks and coots bob up and down on idyllic Wohlensee and in Bern, the Zytgloggeturm’s musical mechanism chimes and people enjoy relaxing at small tables on the Bärenplatz.
