The Hotel am Schönenbühl in Speicher is the ideal hotel for groups in the heart of the Appenzell region (Appenzell, Eastern Switzerland). It is only 8 km outside of St. Gallen and can be easily reached by public transport, car or bus. The Hotel am Schönenbühl is suitable for all types of groups e.g. for family holidays or celebrations; for older people and groups who want to rehearse or do handicrafts; as holiday accommodation for schools, homes and groups of people with disabilities. Rooms with the usual facilities are available for all of these activities or for seminars (with daylight and black-out options). The hotel has a lift, sufficient parking spaces even for buses, a large garden to enjoy during free time and breaks, a terrace with sun loungers and a garden restaurant with a large barbecue. The restaurant is not open to the public. The hotel is located in the heart of nature and there are various hiking paths, sports fields and an indoor swimming pool nearby. The bus stop and train station can be easily reached in a few minutes. 3 additional beds are available on request.
