This is one of our absolute favourite venues, since the raised altar ensures a really special experience for couples. The ceremony, which our secular wedding officiant arranged with Sarah and Chad in advance, was very emotional and intimate. After the couple exchanged their vows and rings, the team at Spiez Castle prepared a delicious aperitif with local specialty meats and cheeses, fresh bread and wine from the castle cellar. The couple had an extended photography session in the vicinity of the castle as well as in the Swiss Alps surrounding the magical Lake of Thun.
