“La Ferme du Bourgoz” is een typisch alpine boerenbedrijf in Gruyère. De familie Murith is uiterst gastvrij. Bezoekers kunnen overnachten in Eliane's elegante B'n'B en overdag Jacques helpen bij de kaasproductie in de alpenhut. Seizoensafhankelijk wordt Gruyère d'Alpage AOP of Vacherin Fribourgeoise gemaakt.
