The Belvedere Swiss Quality Hotel has been family-owned since it first opened in 1907 and is now personally run by the 3rd and 4th generations of the Hauser family. Situated not far from the centre of Grindelwald on a sun terrace, it offers a unique view of the Eiger. The 56 air-conditioned non-smoking rooms have a balcony, bath or shower and a choice of pillows for a restful night's sleep. For the perfect start to the day, the Belvedere restaurant will spoil you with a rich breakfast featuring many regional products and in the evening with fresh and varied dishes from Swiss and international cuisine. After an active day in the mountains, relax in the wellness with brine whirlpool in the garden, swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, with a game of billiards, with a fine drink in the bar or on the panoramic terrace.

Chegada

Grindelwald can be reached in half an hour by car or train from Interlaken. The Hotel Belvedere is located at the entrance of the village, not far from the centre and the train station. Free parking is available for your car. There you will find charging stations for electric and hybrid cars. If you want to arrive by train, you can be picked up at Grindelwald train station between 07:00 and 20:00. This saves you the five-minute walk to the hotel. The mountain and cable cars are easily accessible. During the winter season, the hotel's own ski bus takes you comfortably to the valley stations in Grindelwald every morning. And Grindelwald's public ski bus stops directly in front of the hotel.
