Le Fraisier" offers public and private cooking workshops for adults around a seasonal theme or product, followed by a meal altogether.

Workshop starts with the tasting of different traditional and local syrups and then you will prepare a whole menu based on seasonal and locally grown products, giving good place to fruits and vegetables from the market. The menu consists of an appetizer, starter, main course, dessert and sweet petits-fours.

You will create surprising tastes and interesting visual pairings and arrange them on nice dishes picked by Fatima, creator of the Fraisier. You will then enjoy the meal you cooked around a large and friendly table altogether. All recipes will be sent to you afterwards allowing you to cook the dishes again at home.
