Le Bistrot du Rivage offers a modern interpretation of regional cuisine in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere, carefully prepared using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced products. The Bistrot places strong emphasis on traditional local dishes and Vaudois culinary heritage, under the guidance of Chef Alexandre KRIZAN and his brigade, in an exceptional setting.
All dishes on this menu are prepared entirely on site using raw, traditional ingredients, in accordance with the standards of the “Fait Maison” label established by the Fédération Romande des Consommateurs (FRC), GastroSuisse, La Semaine du Goût, and Slow Food.
