Intro

Your barbecue experience in the mountains - basket filled with meat, vegetables or optional halloumi (veggie version) and much more.

The basket can be booked until 5 pm the evening before and can be collected the following day from 9 am at the Berghaus Elsigenalp.

Basket contents:

2 Cervelats,

2 Cipolataspiessli

Halloumi (in the vegi basket)

Courgette/pepperoni skewers

Bread

2 potato chips - natural & paprika (each snack size)

Mustard & ketchup

Fire material: ignition wool, matches, plate and telescopic barbecue tongs

Waste bag

There is plenty of wood available on site at the barbecue sites at Brandsee and Elsigsee.

Drinks can be purchased individually at the Berghaus Elsigenalp or at the Brandsee kiosk (cash or via Twint and open from mid-June to mid-September).

Can also be booked as a veggie version with halloumi & more grilled vegetables.
