Intro

Ice skating and ice hockey games in the well-known Verzasca Valley. Otherwise known for its emerald-green river, the valley is ideal for winter sports thanks to its artificial ice rink.

When the starting whistle blows for a home game at Valle Verzasca Hockey Club, the entire village stands around the rink to cheer the team on. There are always around 80 spectators. The rather simple ice rink is surrounded by a magical landscape, which gives it its charm. And the Beizli snack bar is no less charming. Cosy and homely.
