Forest Bathing is a practice of reconnecting with nature through the awakening of the five senses, originated in Japan in the 1980s under the name "Shinrin yoku", literally forest bathing. " Forest Bathing " immerses you in the natural elements and gives you a different perspective on nature than what we are used to from a walk in the forest. This experience takes shape thanks to sensory reflections suggested by the guide, which serve to activate all the senses. They are therefore connected to feeling and being in the present moment.
