Immerse yourself in a special Yoga session with live handpan music. Flow and breathe through your practice while the calming vibrations create a peaceful and grounding space.
Margherita will guide you through a 90-minute Yoga practice, open to all levels, where movement flows with the rhythm of live handpan music played by Michael. We will close the practice with a short sound bath meditation using crystal singing bowls. The session will be followed by tea and time to connect and exchange.
