Two funicular railways leaving from the St. Moritz village take you via Chantarella to Corviglia, from where the cable car whisks you up to the famous vantage point in the Suvretta region.
Amazing summit views over upper Engadine and steep declines on all sides - but good footwear is the answer to tackling the descent passing the picturesque Lej Suvretta - or crossing over to Valetta Schlattain. Mountain-bikers get their thrills on the downhill trail leading over the Alp Suvretta and back to St.Moritz with an altitude difference of 1,200 meters.
On the “Clean Energy Tour” between Piz Nair and St.Moritz, the “energy from water, sun, wind and biomass” project is presented in detail (Flyer).
