There are so many legends and historical tales associated with this building, its inhabitants, and its destruction in 1499. The castle was the ancestral home of the barons of Vaz.

This suspension rope and bike park is located on the Flüela Pass, right by the “Stilli” bus stop. Enjoy extraordinary thrills and spills on five courses with varying levels of difficulty. The children’s course perfectly tailored to younger visitors.

In Maloja in the Upper Engadine, a smugglers' adventure trail has opened which enables visitors to enjoy both unique natural scenery and exciting stores. Connbächli is a stream located at Flims, and it is also the official route for cruises of the little “Connschiffli” boats. Families are invited to make their own boat from bark, then follow it for an hour and a half on its cruise through the forest of Flims.

Even on the way up from Malans in the little yellow gondola cabins, you can enjoy the view as far as Chur and Graubünden's Rhine Valley. More views await you 1,200 metres further up in the cosy mountain restaurant. Like the restaurant, the railway is operated by enthusiastic locals.

The Cathedral Treasure Museum comprises two groups of objects: The actual cathedral treasure and the cycle of murals depicting death from 1543, both of which are exhibited on two floors and are a source of fascination to visitors of all ages as well as a unique resource for experts. The location of the museum, the baroque Episcopal Castle in Chur, is a cultural monument of national importance and also one of the most important secular buildings in Graubünden.

Goat-Peter lives in Tigignas, a small mountain hamlet high above Savognin where the kids can help him feed the goats and taste the cheese.

At the Brusio circular viaduct in Graubünden, the Bernina Railway rotates around itself in a complete loop. Drive through this masterpiece of railway technology and enjoy the view of the Poschiavo with its chestnut forests.

The castle at the foot of the Calanda is the highlight of Haldenstein. When the roses flower in the spring, the castle garden is a visual and olfactory feast.

The Palü Glacier created an extraordinary natural formation here in times long forgotten.
