Our top priority is quality and taste!

That is why we use products from farmers and producers from the region. Because for this almost everything can be found in the beautiful Glarnerland. Cheese and eggs, for example, travel only 200 meters. The standard is high and it takes a lot of heart and work to meet it. It goes without saying that everything is fresh and expertly, as well as prepared by hand.
