Guests as well as locals stroll through the snowy streets, of course dressed in period-appropriate clothing from the turn of the century. In addition to the diverse program, benefit from nostalgic packages offered by the local hotels.
The Belle Epoque event is considered the only one of its kind throughout Switzerland. So, for those wanting to immerse themselves in the era of their ancestors, travel to Kandersteg at the end of January for a few days, rent the appropriate outfit from a costume shop, try out the etiquette of the early 20th century, and enjoy unforgettable holiday days in the winter chalet village!
