The hamlet Zumoberhaus has its very own natural ice rink that is created and maintained every year by the local ice skating club.
The ice rink is open daily from around mid/end of December to the end of January, depending on the weather conditions. Ice skates can be hired from Zenhäusern Sport in Bürchen. Watching an SC Bürchen home game is highly recommended! Relax in the heated restaurant with mulled wine and a bratwurst. The ice skating club and tourism association organise nighttime ice skating events at the ice rink on a number of evenings during the season.
