A weekend to relax, breathe, and let go
Opening circle: Time for encounters and exchanges, where everyone can introduce themselves. At this moment, the proposed exercises will also be presented.
Estelle, the organizer of the weekend, motivated by a desire to help and accompany, offers sound therapies with Tibetan singing bowls, true moments of centering and gentleness.
Océane, a yoga teacher, is driven by a deep passion for sharing her knowledge! Thanks to her expertise, knowledge, and experience, her teaching is empathetic and engaged.
The times and exercises will be adjusted throughout the weekend according to energy, desires, listening, and shared energy!
