Intro
MOIRA and OTRAVA combine Balkan rhythms with powerful voices to create a unique concert evening.
A fascinating fusion in which the lyrical sensitivity of the charismatic singer and multi-instrumentalist MOIRA meets the infectious energy of the eight-piece Balkan band OTRAVA. This project combines the strengths of both bands to create a unique sound that transcends genre boundaries. The first joint album "Planet Moirava" was produced by MOIRA and OTRAVA together - a creative process in which most of the songs were developed in close collaboration. MOIRA's powerful voice meets OTRAVA's lively beats - complemented by changing lead vocals from the band's ranks. The result is a colorful world that combines intimate moments with exuberant joie de vivre. French chansons, English folk-pop and pulsating Balkan rhythms merge into a new, multi-layered whole.
