With "Besessen betrachtend", Cularta is showing an artistic exploration by Graubünden artist Donat Caduff. The exhibition opens on 11.04.2026 with an extensive accompanying program.

Paris, Rome, Laax, Flims: the locations of this exhibition are surprising in their diversity. Donat Caduff has created an extensive corpus of photographs and drawings during art residencies in the metropolises and on forays into Graubünden. The works show impressions of walks covering a total of 1200 kilometers - from the Parisian banlieue to the Laax ski circus. The artist focuses on the inconspicuous: incidental everyday scenes are condensed between reportage and imagination into a sometimes cheerful, sometimes fragile world.

Donat Caduff (*1982) grew up in Sagogn. As a creative artist, he deals with such diverse issues as social coexistence, topics relating to building culture and the concept of beauty. He is the author of several art publications and non-fiction books and lives in Zurich.
