Inschä Frontag – Fall 2026
Cheesemaking the Old-Fashioned Way – with Gery Zürcher
We invite you to join us for a special event at the Pürä-Hittä in Gluringen. Cheese will be made over a wood fire in a copper pot, just like in the old days, using fresh milk from the farmers of the Reckingen Alpine Dairy Cooperative. Afterward, you can taste the fresh “Bullerä” right away.
In the meantime, a fine glass of wine will be served to make the wait more enjoyable. Cheesemaker Gery Zürcher will expertly guide you through the evening.
Start: October 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
Location: Pürä-Hittä Gluringen, Jungbrunnenstrasse 21, 3998 Gluringen.
