Intro
A gourmet village with numerous producers, a guest region and workshops for everyone.
The third edition of Terroirs will take place on Saturday, 22 August 2026, and Sunday, 23 August 2026. The event will be held in the courtyard of the farm at the Valais School of Agriculture in Châteauneuf. An unmissable gathering for anyone curious about local products and passionate about good food.
A large market will bring together more than thirty passionate producers, who will offer iconic Valais terroir products for direct sale. Visitors will also be able to discover and taste the specialities of our guest of honour: Neuchâtel, Vins et Terroir. A wonderful opportunity to explore new flavours and their traditions.
A series of free workshops, with no registration required, will also be organised and led by experts such as raclette ambassador Eddy Baillifard. These workshops will offer the opportunity to deepen one’s knowledge of terroir products, learn how to taste them and pair them. An enriching sensory experience that promises to delight the taste buds of even the finest gourmets.
Children will have their own dedicated area, with face painting, a bouncy castle, syrup tasting and much more. A fun and entertaining way for the youngest visitors to discover the different terroir products.
A catering area will be available to visitors, offering the opportunity to enjoy culinary specialities from the regions.
