In the Chocolate Laboratory® at the Funky Chocolat Club in Interlaken, guests will be supplied with aprons, chef hats and all the ingredients. Professional chocolatiers will share the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering of chocolate, melting, pouring and filling molds.
Visitors of the Funky Chocolat Club can learn how to taste chocolate like a professional Swiss connoisseur. Types, quality and cocoa percentage can be recognised after this introduction. Furthermore, own chocolate masterpieces can be created and decorated within the Chocolate Laboratory with the help of professional chocolatiers.

Chocolate shop
Organic- and fair trade chocolate from certified producers can be bought here. You will also find vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free or nut-free varieties.
