Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is something anyone can enjoy, as well as being a fun way to strengthen your core muscles and improve your balance. Christian Wunderlin of company stonesurf accompanies beginners and advanced boarders on a spectacular tour along the Rhine in the Frick Valley. Visitors will learn interesting facts about the famous river and stop off at the historical town of Rheinfelden with its beautiful architecture. The tour ends at Rheinfelden’s lakeside lido with a dive into the cool water and some delicious refreshment.
