Founded in 1871, the Lange Erlen Animal Park is a popular destination for families.
Located in green parkland, the animal park is home to red deer, fallow deer, lynx, wild cats and wild boar. Stables and paddocks house donkeys, ponies, goats, sheep, rabbits and guinea pigs. There is also a generously-sized aviary, where you can enjoy observing a large variety of birds. The ponds are filled with swans, geese and ducks, while peacocks, storks and herons also wander freely in the park.
