Rando-Raclette
Overview
Intro
Starting from La Givrine, discover the fauna and flora of the Jura on the hiking trails of Vaud Rando. When hunger strikes, all you have to do is bring your portable raclette kit and enjoy the excellent cheese of the region in the middle of nature.
A hike for 2 with a DIY raclette in the heart of nature. This is the new experience on offer from the St-Cergue Tourist Office. First of all, go to the St-Cergue Tourist Office to pick up your hiking rucksack and raclette kit. They'll be able to tell you which route to take and where to pick up your raclette cheese. Then all you have to do is go to the P'tit Gourmand bakery to choose your accompaniment (bread, pastries). You'll also have the chance to talk to local artisans and learn more about how alpine cheese is made.
You'll then be free to start your hike and stop whenever you like to enjoy your raclette and take in the high altitude scenery.
