Enjoy the Schafuuse gourmet trail alone, as a couple or as a group. Every Thursday and Friday you have the opportunity to discover Schaffhausen in a new culinary way. The exciting thing is that you will change locations between courses. Tasty way to ring in the weekend? Whether alone, as a couple or as a group, you can experience this on Thursdays and Fridays with the Genusspfad Schaffhausen. The Genusspfad opens at 4.30 pm with a glass of local wine from the Pinot Noir region in the Vinorama. As tastes are known to differ, you decide which of the eight wines you would like to try. At 17:15, a table will be ready for you in the Tanne restaurant. The heroes of the Tanne are looking forward to your visit and the opportunity to spoil you with creative tarte flambée topped with regional toppings. The Restaurant Tanne is a member of the Schaffhausen Regional Nature Park. At 6.30 pm it's time for the main course at noah's in the Schützenstube. Modernity meets tradition. Surprise your palate with a culinary, seasonal casual fine dining experience that will make your heart beat faster. You don't need a great knowledge of the city for dessert, as the dessert is also served and savoured at noah's in the Schützenstube. Finally, you cross the town of Schaffhausen to the other end.
