My grandparents' former children's home has been converted into a guest house with a café, art, and culture.The holiday flat has 2-3 bedrooms on the 1st floor of a Bernese chalet featuring its own balcony and a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. The hosts live on the 2nd floor and must cross the corridor of this flat. Sigriswil offers visito rs a good infrastructure (public transport, shops) and is the starting point for hikes, bike tours, or activities in/on the lake.

A6 / A8 - Thun-Nord / Interlaken-West - continue on Seestrasse. In Sigriswil (at Coop) drive towards Beatenberg and follow the road to house no. 87, where a female sculpture sits on a bench.
Thun - STI bus no. 25 towards "Sigriswil, Dorf" to the stop "Sigriswil, Enddorf". From Interlaken, first take bus number 21 to "Gunten, Dorf", then continue with line 25. From *Sigriswil, Enddorf* it is about a 15-minute walk slightly uphill.
