In der TRE® Kurz-Einführung lernen Sie eine körperbasierte Selbsthilfemethode kennen, mit der sich festgesetzter Stress und Anspannung lösen lassen. So stärken Sie Ihre Resilienz und begegnen alltäglichen Herausforderungen gelassener. TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) sind stress- und spannungslösende Körperübungen, die ein natürliches neurogenes Zittern auslösen. Dieses unterstützt die Selbstregulation und sorgt für ein ausgeglichenes Nervensystem – für mehr Entspannung im Alltag.
