Wisdom of the Body – Movement Evening with Allen Pittman in Zürich-Seefeld
Overview
Intro
Wisdom of the Body with Allen Pittman: movement from the floor to standing – Monday evenings in Zürich-Seefeld, small group, no experience needed.
What is complete physical training? Wisdom of the Body explores that question – through attention, adaptability and movement from the floor to standing: rolling, crawling, squatting, rising. We draw on patterns the body already knows. The work is slow and attentive; it offers principles to explore, not a form to copy.
Mondays, 19:00–20:30: 28 September, 5 and 12 October 2026. Each evening stands on its own – join any time.
Small group, at most seven places. Taught in English; questions in German welcome. No experience needed.
Allen Pittman has practised and taught martial arts, yoga, movement and bodywork since 1970.
Please bring comfortable clothing and a towel.
