Nestling in a historic building in the village of Aran-Villette, this restaurant combines tradition and creativity in the heart of the Lavaux vineyards.

The Guillaume Tell is a cuisine full of flavours. Denis Velen expresses his passion and desire to create surprises through contrasts and daring combinations in a cosy atmosphere and a sparsely furnished setting to better focus on what’s essential. His original flavours have earned him 15 GaultMillau points.

The sommelier of the restaurant honours this great wine region with a magnificent and reasonably-priced selection of vintages from here and elsewhere.
