In certain exceptional circumstances, AstroVal may cancel the event. You will then receive an email by midnight the day before at the latest , sent to the address used to book, and your ticket will be refunded in full. Unless you hear from us, the event will go ahead as planned.

Ticket

Valid only on the selected date. It is neither refundable nor transferable should you be unable to attend.
