VILLA chef de cuisine Marcel Ineichen and his team delight guests with their regional cuisine. They set great store in using local and seasonal products – whether vegetables, meat or wine – and for this reason work closely with all regional suppliers. Ineichen, who has always been a proponent of cooking with herbs, has an extensive, beautiful and wonderfully fragrant herb garden, which serves as daily inspiration for his team in showcasing new and sumptuous creations.
