Painting exhibition in Montricher

An elusive and passionate figure, Jérôme Rudin occupies a unique place in contemporary art. His silhouette, described by journalist Arnaud Bédat as ‘blurred, imprecise, difficult to pin down’, quickly became shrouded in legend. A painter who is both adored and controversial, he has left his mark on postmodern art with his dazzling and excessive style, his intense blues and infinite blacks, and his reliefs where matter and light challenge each other.
