Through your words, this is a family story, but also the story of a region. Joséphine tells the story of her grandfather, Pascal Thurre, a journalist from Valais who planted the vineyard in Farinet—the smallest in the world—which has been visited by some unexpected celebrities. Beyond his public persona, the man both fascinates and intimidates her. And then there’s also Maria-Karla, her grandmother. Through their memories, Joséphine explores what we inherit, what we pass on, and what remains with us. A tender, funny, and luminous one-woman show—a tribute to those who came before us and who still live on within us.Team: Written, co-directed, and performed by Joséphine Thurre Co-directed by Aline Bonvin Music composed by Jérémie Nicolet Artistic collaboration by Alain Borek Lighting design by Naomi Meyer Sound design by Rachel Morrend
